First is a free foosball tournament software brought to you by Kickertool.com that solves all of the administrative functions of setting up a tournament. The tool is available through their website and offered as a Windows or Mac downloadable application. You can place up to 64 teams into the system and play 4 different styles of games:

We have also created some single elimination brackets for tournaments ranging in size from 3 teams to 24 teams. They can be used for a home party or a tournament you are setting up at a bar. They are simple to fill out and are labeled based on the amount of teams you are expecting. Just download the file, print it, and write the team names directly on each bracket. Each page of the PDF increases the amount of teams for tournaments of larger sizes, so you can use this resource no matter how many teams your competition ends up with.
